The Ross and Cromarty Citizens’ Advice Bureau is a charity, and while we receive grants and funding from institutions such as the Highland Council we are reliant on fundraising and support from our local community too.
We provide vital services to those in need in our area for free and without proper funding we cannot help as many people as we would like to. While as much as 80% of our workforce is made of volunteers who offer their time for free, there are still costs in providing the excellent support we offer free of charge.
For every pound we spend we are able to help save our clients £45 in financial costs which can go back into supporting the local economy.
A donation to the Ross and Cromarty CAB will go a long way towards helping some of those most in need. Our advice will always be totally free, but if you would like to you can to help out, thank you.
There are other ways in which you can support the CAB as well:
We also run regular fundraising events across the area help raise funds and promote the services of our CAB to the general public. You can find out more about them on our Events page.
You can also become a volunteer at the CAB and help change people’s lives. If you have time to spare, please check out our volunteering page to find out more.
