For all e-mails we will try to respond within 3 working days.  For urgent help or advice, telephone our Alness, Dingwall or Tain offices during opening hours or contact Citizens Advice Direct outside our opening hours.

Please note: Although we can begin advising you by e-mail, often for the complex issues our clients face we require in-person meetings and/or referrals to other organisations and agencies to provide the best possible assistance for your issue.  E-mail is also not a secure way of transmitting sensitive personal information and we advise not including such information in your online enquiry.  You can find our more in our enquiry terms and conditions.
