By submitting an enquiry or requesting an appointment through Ross and Cromarty Citizens Advice Bureau’s website you accept these conditions, our Data Protection Policy and our Privacy Policy.

Your enquiry will be treated in the strictest confidence and information from it will not be communicated outwith the process of dealing with your enquiry.  Enquiries through the site are protected by SSL encryption.  However, e-mails are not secure and cannot be guaranteed to be error free as they can be intercepted, amended or contain viruses.  Anyone who communicates with us by e-mail is deemed to have accepted these risks. Ross and Cromarty CAB is not responsible for errors or omissions in e-mail messages and denies any responsibility for any damage arising from the use of e-mail. Any opinion and other statement contained in an e-mail message and any attachment are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of the CAB.

Request for appointments made through this website do not mean that you have an appointment with us until we have written to you by e-mail or contacted you by telephone to confirm the date and time of your appointment.

We endeavour to respond to your enquiry and/or appointment request as soon as possible but this may take three working days or more.
